General Care

Chain jewelry may be washed gently in warm, soapy water and patted dry. For long term care, avoid wearing while sleeping or exercising. Avoid oils and perfumes as these may erode the gemstones. To prevent tangling when when traveling, loosely fold your chain piece in half and place in a small ziplock bag. Gently seal the bag with a loosely folded part of the necklace or bracelet held in the seal of the ziplock. Then gently roll the bag and store in the linen pouch provided or your makeup bag.

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver can be cleaned with a sterling silver polishing cloth. Avoid chlorine water and rubbing with paper products, which can scratch the silver. Store pieces in a cool dry place away from light and air to prevent excess tarnishing. We recommend using the sterling silver specific liquid jewelry cleaner. For pieces containing stones, pearls and crystals, we recommend using the polishing cloth only, as the liquid can damage some stones.

14k Gold-Filled

While 14k Gold-Filled jewelry is tarnish resistant and water proof, for long term care remove before showering, cleaning, and exercising. Occasionally wash gently with warm soapy water to remove body oils. Polish gently using yellow gold specific polishing cloth.

Storing

All of the jewelry comes with a biodegradable zip lock bag, a linen bag and box. Use these items to store your jewelry when not being worn.
